Who Needs SR22 Insurance
Driver’s that have been convicted of a DUI or other serious moving violations are required to file an SR 22 form with the Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). Other violations include, but are not limited to; at fault accident, too many tickets, etc.
The state of NV requires all drivers to carry liability insurance limits of 25/50/20
$25,000 for bodily injury to 1 person
$50,000 for bodily injury to two or more people
$20,000 for property damage.
